With over 20 years of experience in public accounting, Jacob Bell serves as our Managing Partner, bringing a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our firm.

Jacob holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Louisiana State University in Shreveport and is a CPA. Throughout his career, he has successfully guided a diverse range of clients through complex financial landscapes, helping them achieve their business goals with confidence. He thrives in the fast-paced nature of his job, enjoying the challenges and dynamic environment it brings.
In his spare time, Jacob enjoys hunting and spending quality time with his family. His commitment to both his profession and personal interests exemplifies his well-rounded approach to life.

Sindy Warren, Partner
Sindy Warren has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1999 and is a dedicated partner at Warren & Bell CPAs, LLC. She graduated from Louisiana State University in Shreveport with a degree in accounting, bringing over two decades of experience to the firm.

Holly Jones, Firm Administrator
Holly Jones brings over 20 years of operational and administrative experience to her role as Firm Administrator at Warren & Bell CPAs, where she has been a valued team member for the past 8 years. Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending quality time with her husband and traveling to visit her sons, embracing every opportunity for family adventures.
Natasha Rider, Office Manager
Natasha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Office Manager, with over 14 years of administrative experience. She showcases her ability to manage complex tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Natasha is known for her strong work ethic and collaborative spirit, thriving in team environments where she can contribute to achieving collective goals. Her passion for office management and commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to any organization.
Natasha balances her professional life with her dedication to her family. Married since 2012, she is the mother of two active daughters who participate in cheerleading, basketball, track, student council and choir. In her free time, Natasha enjoys traveling, crafting and cherishes the moments spent with her family.
Dorothy Morgan, Staff Accountant – Tax Lead
With over 20 years of experience in accounting and public accounting, Dorothy Morgan is a dedicated Certified Public Accountant specializing in individual and business taxation as well as non-profit reporting.
Having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Mississippi University for Women, Dorothy combines a solid educational foundation with extensive hands-on expertise to deliver exceptional financial services.
As a military spouse, Dorothy Morgan understands the unique challenges faced by families in transition and is committed to providing personalized support to clients from diverse backgrounds. Tracy Elliott Johnson, Staff Accountant – Accounting Lead
Tracy Elliott Johnson is a dedicated staff accountant at Warren and Bell CPAs, LLC, bringing over 21 years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in preparing individual and business tax returns, payroll tax returns, sales tax returns and providing monthly accounting services. Tracy graduated from Louisiana State University in Shreveport in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Growing up in Bossier City, Tracy has developed a passion for connecting with clients and helping them navigate their accounting and tax needs. She finds great fulfillment in meeting new people and appreciates the endless opportunities for learning in her field.
When she is not working, Tracy enjoys playing tennis and cherishing time with her family, reflecting her commitment to both personal and professional growth.
Ivey Moore – Staff Accountant
Ivey Moore is a dedicated accountant with expertise in tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and sales tax returns.
