Warren & Bell CPAs was founded in November of 2013 by Sindy Warren and Jacob Bell. The practice was founded with the goal of building a full-service accounting firm in the North Bossier/Benton, Louisiana area focused in the oil and gas, construction, and medical industries. Full-service, in this sense, means that the practice can take on virtually any project for a non-publicly traded company. 

The firm offers every type of service from bookkeeping and accounting to payroll, tax services, consulting, and even issuing reviewed and audited financial statements. In an era of increasing regulation and scrutiny, most local firms are abandoning this model and sticking to only accounting and tax preparation services. Warren & Bell CPAs is not. 

They have upgraded software, staff, and quality control measures to meet the increased regulation. Due to this commitment to quality, Warren & Bell CPAs is one of the few remaining accounting firms in the area that can take on very sophisticated projects, while maintaining a “local” feel. They strive to not only be accurate and efficient, but also accessible to their clients.

From the very beginning the founders knew that they were going to need to outdo other firms in the area of customer service to accomplish their goals. The partners and staff work to build a real partnership with clients. The clients know that at almost any time of the day they can make a phone call or send an email and get someone that’s familiar with their business and can help them with most problems. 

At Warren & Bell CPAs no business clients are once a year clients. Partners and staff check in with them periodically throughout the year to see how business is going and if there’s anything we can do to help them. This practice leads to better financial understanding, planning, decision making, and ultimately tax savings.
